The prices displayed on this website are in New Taiwan Dollars. Unless there is a clear error, accepting your order signifies your agreement to pay the price displayed on the website. We strive to ensure that all prices displayed on the website are accurate but cannot guarantee that all prices are error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which point you may choose to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.

Order Acceptance

When you enter your personal information, payment details, and submit your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email only confirms receipt of your order and does not constitute order acceptance. Your order is accepted, and the contract between you and us is completed when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. Only items listed in the dispatch confirmation email will be included in the contract.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:

a) The product you ordered is out of stock or withdrawn due to not meeting our quality standards or delivery restrictions on one or all of the ordered items.

b) We discover an error in the price or product description.

c) We cannot obtain payment authorization.

d) You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the terms of service.

If there are any issues with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Collection

When you place an order on the website, you will receive an estimated delivery time prompt. Our team will do its best to deliver within the estimated time but cannot guarantee that the goods will reach you within the estimated time.

We insure each order during transit until it is delivered or collected. You need to sign for the goods upon collection. After signing, you assume responsibility for the goods. If the collector is not the original purchaser or the delivery is a gift, you accept that the signatory's confirmation serves as proof of delivery, and we have fulfilled the order, with the transfer of responsibility. We reserve the right to update the shipping policy at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Returns

We aim to provide the best online shopping experience and offer a free, no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

a) Customers can return the product within 7 days of ordering.

b) The returned product must be in its original condition: unworn/unused, in undamaged original brand packaging, and with all price tags intact.

If you wish to return a product, please fill out the return form received with the delivery and send the product back to us with the original packaging. If you do not have the purchase form, please contact our customer service team, and we will email it to you.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable upon return.
