Delivery and Return Terms
Delivery Terms:
Delivery Area and Fees: We offer nationwide delivery across Taiwan with no shipping fees.
Delivery Time: Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The estimated delivery period is approximately 3 working days. Delivery service is available on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. There are no restrictions on delivery times or specific time slots.
Time of Arrival:
Orders typically arrive within approximately 7 working days after completion.
Receipt Instructions:
Please provide an address and contact phone number where you can sign for delivery.
Upon receipt of goods, inspect the outer packaging for any damage, ensure the quantity and type of items match the order details, and verify that all items are present. Inspection of goods is not allowed without signing for receipt. If the outer packaging seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse acceptance.
For any abnormalities such as intact seals but missing items upon opening the package, contact our 24/7 online customer service and keep the package intact.
If you are unable to sign for receipt personally, authorize someone else to sign and strictly follow the instructions outlined in the second section. Delivery couriers are only responsible for delivering goods to the designated address on the delivery note, where anyone at that address can sign for receipt, such as a reception desk.
Return Terms:
If the goods you ordered have defects, you can request a full refund.
Refund methods and conditions are subject to the information provided on the relevant webpage of each product's sales page and ordering process.
The goods you return must maintain the integrity of all items, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or data at the time of shipment. If there is a physical invoice, it must be returned along with the invoice and signed credit note as required by relevant laws; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your return and refund request.
You understand and agree that if you request returns or exchanges, or if we are unable to accept all or part of your order, or if the contract is terminated or becomes ineffective for any reason, and refund processing is required on your behalf, we may handle invoices or credit notes and other related documents as required by relevant laws on your behalf.
